A couple of weeks ago in this slot I achieved what I thought was the impossible: I annoyed the Bejazus (to use an expression) out of Ryanair. This reverses the natural order of things; in real life Ryanair exists to irritate us, we don’t expect to get them hot under the collar. But I did it.
