SkyEurope Ruled By Chaos

"SkyEurope Airlines probably doesn't have any assets to allow it to function during its ongoing bankruptcy proceedings, SkyEurope's bankruptcy administrator EmilCerevka told TASR on Sunday. "It seems as though there is money but they don't have anyother financial assets. Maybe they still have the ownership rightsfor their brand," said Cerevka, adding that the company is currently ruled by chaos. "It's horrible," he stressed. SkyEurope may therefore face liquidation even before the completion of bankruptcy proceedings and before its creditors canobtain anything."
